Rates and
Terms
DC Virtual Office Solutions can
provide you with affordable and exceptional administrative support
and at the same time build a business relationship that will have
you gaining back the time you deserve. We provide this
exceptional support by offering rates on an hourly basis or a
retainer basis.
Hourly: If you need
assistance for just a few hours per week or per month, the hourly
rate would most likely be the right plan for you. The rate can
be discussed once your needs have been assessed. For services
billed at an hourly rate, the minimum amount will be for half an
hour. Services will be invoiced in 15 - minute increments
unless otherwise specified.
Retainer: The
retainer program offers a discount to clients who require our
services on a monthly basis. A signed agreement will be
required and the client will be billed weekly for services rendered.
A retainer package can be discussed once your needs have been
assessed.
Additional expenses, such as
postage, supplies, materials, etc. will be billed at cost unless
otherwise specified in the agreement.
Payment Terms
A signed agreement must be
received within three (3) business days after the commencement of
any project or service.
Invoicing will be done on a weekly basis and payment is due within 7
business days following invoicing, unless other arrangements are
specified in the agreement.
Payment options include debit or credit card payments, business checks, personal checks
or money orders payable to Aletha McManama.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. If errors
are found and reported within seven (7) business days from the date
the client receives the work, DC Virtual Office Solutions will make
the corrections at no extra charge.
